About these terms
These terms apply to massage and spa services arranged through Exotica Massage and the participating centres listed on this website. The centre providing your treatment will confirm the service provider, treatment, price and any booking conditions before you commit.
Bookings and payment
An enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp is not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed when the selected centre accepts it and communicates the appointment details. Prices, payment arrangements and any deposit requirements must be confirmed with that centre before booking. Do not send card details through email or WhatsApp.
Changes, cancellations and arrival
Contact your centre as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any applicable cancellation, late-arrival or no-show conditions must be clearly disclosed before you book and remain subject to Australian Consumer Law. This website does not impose a fixed cancellation fee or notice period. If the centre cannot provide your booked service, contact it to discuss an alternative or a refund for the service not supplied.
Your comfort and treatment suitability
Tell your therapist about relevant allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or other concerns that may affect treatment suitability. Share sensitive information directly with the centre through an appropriate channel. Ask for adjustments or stop a treatment whenever you feel uncomfortable. Massage and spa treatments do not replace medical advice or care.
Respectful conduct
Clients and staff are expected to treat one another respectfully. A treatment may be declined or stopped where it cannot be provided safely, or where behaviour is threatening, abusive or inappropriate. Any payment or refund decision remains subject to applicable law.
Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Updates
The terms applicable to a booking are those communicated when it is made. Later website changes do not retrospectively remove existing booking terms or consumer rights.
